The Union Bargaining Team met with the Company today. The Company began the meeting by passing a counter proposal on benefits. The good news is they now have every year of the traditional pension plan back to giving annual deposits.

The bargaining committee met in 3 joint sessions today Tuesday, April 1, 2025 with the Company. We addressed 18 proposals the Union passed on 2/5/25. We passed an additional proposal today that brings our total to 19 proposals.

The Bargaining Team met with the Company today. We received a counter proposal on Healthcare and Benefits in which we did see some positive movement on the part of the Company. The Union spent this afternoon going through their counter and drafting questions to be asked during tomorrow’s session.
