Dear Sisters and Brothers,
Your Bargaining Committee met with the Company today. No progress was made today because the Company believes that the tentative agreement is a fair and equitable contract.
Our strength comes from our unity and participation. If we do not take the time to show the Company that we are willing to stand together and make our voices heard, we may not see the gains we are seeking.
So, when the Committee, your co-workers, your friends, your family ask you to participate in mobilization activities, we are asking you to stand up for yourself and show the Company that YOU deserve a fair contract. Your participation matters. Your voice matters. And when we stand together, the Company sees that we are united in our efforts to achieve the contract we deserve.
Participate in all mobilization activities, Informational Picketing on Tuesday and Thursday. This is the most visual thing WE can do. If you have not already done so complete the Strike Vote!
Your Local is requiring your attendance at a town hall Thursday, September 24, 2026 at 7:00pm to discuss the state of negotiations and determine our next steps going forward. This call is about YOUR contract. EVERYONE is expected to attend. Click on the link to join the town hall.
