The Union and the Company met today, December 13, 2016.  We reviewed outstanding information requests and presented the Company with Union Counter proposal to Company proposal 1, Total Sales Restructure, Compensation Plan and Job Title Changes (GTM). The Company rejected this today.

Your CWA Bargaining Committee resumed contract negotiations with the Company on November 30 and December 1, 2016.  After two long days of negotiations, the CWA Bargaining Committee is happy to announce that a Tentative Agreement has been reached on a new 3 year contract.

Consolidated (Lufkin/Conroe) Bargaining Report #16

Your CWA Bargaining Committee resumed negotiations with the Company on Wednesday, November 30, 2016 and the parties met again on Thursday, December 1, 2016.  Negotiations on a new collective bargaining agreement continue to move slowly with the Union being the only party passing proposals in an attempt to reach agreement on a new contract.
