The Union and the Company met today after their returning from visiting their family. Last

week CWA filed Labor Board charges on the Company.

With Verizon leaving the table, your Committee continued working on information requests and putting proposals together upon the Company’s return. With that being said, this will be the last Bargaining Report until we meet again with the Company next week.

     Your Bargaining Committee met with the company on Wednesday late into the evening.  We still did not reach an agreement with Verizon.

Your Bargaining Committee met with Verizon yesterday, they had a pension specialist there to discuss the issues that the Union and the Company had.

Your Bargaining Committee has been in very contentious bargaining throughout the weekend with Verizon. The Company remains steadfast on what they perceive as critical items.
