Your Bargaining Committee met with the Company throughout the day trying to work through the remaining issues. We are very near reaching a tentative agreement. The parties have agreed to an extension until 8:00 am in an effort to reach an agreement.

Your CWA Bargaining Committee continued negotiations late into the night on Sunday, through Monday, February 27, 2017.  The Union Committee continues to bargain today, attempting to reach an agreement with the Company.

After reviewing the Company’s 02/07/17 package proposal, your CWA Bargaining Committee notified the Company and requested additional dates to meet.  At 8:26 p.m. on 02/22/17, the Company responded by saying they were available to meet every business day through 02/28/17.
