CWA/Apple Retail Bargaining Report #11 Penn Square Location, Oklahoma City, OK

CWA/Apple Bargaining team met today for day one of our two day session for October. Due to scheduling conflicts, today's session was moved to Monday and Tuesday with us starting at 1pm today. The afternoon session began with the Union passing an amendment for weekend differentials that would add a differential to any hours worked on Saturday and Sunday. Not much discussion by the Company, however they understood our proposal.

CWA/Apple Bargaining team met today for day two of our two day session for September. The morning started with a T/A of a Travel proposal. If an employee has to use their personal car due to the job, the Company will reimburse mileage at the IRS negotiated rate.

CWA/Apple Retail Bargaining Report #9 Penn Square Location, Oklahoma City, OK

Today the CWA bargaining team completed its first bargaining session for the month of September. The day began with the bargaining team countering the Company’s management rights proposal in addition to a quarantine proposal to protect pay and time away in instances where the Company requires employees to quarantine.
