Dear Brothers and Sisters,

We had another productive meeting with the Company and are continuing in our efforts to
make sure we bargain for a fair and just contract.

We will meet again tomorrow in a continued effort to exchange proposals and come to a fair
narrative for all those involved.

Check your email and text messages for the Strike Authorization vote. Make sure you vote
and let your voice be heard. Reminder, voting “Yes” does not mean we will go on strike;
only that you are authorizing to your bargaining committee to request a strike, if necessary.
Please contact your Local if you do not receive a Strike Authorization vote by either email or
text message by 8:00am tomorrow morning.
