Union members and friends,

We were back at the bargaining table today and made meaningful progress. We introduced 11 new proposals, including key demands around hours of work and hybrid/remote flexibility—issues that are central to creating the workplace we all deserve. We were proud to bring them forward with a clear and united voice.

We’re also excited to share that we reached a tentative agreement on our bulletin board proposal, securing dedicated space for union communication in the workplace.

In addition, we believe we are very close to reaching an agreement on probationary employees, which will help clarify rights and expectations for new hires.

Our next bargaining session is this Thursday, and we’ll continue pushing for the fair contract we all deserve. As always, we’ll need your voice and support every step of the way.
