CWA/City of Broken Arrow Bargaining Report #2

Today, May 5, 2009 your CWA Bargaining Committee met with the City of Broken Arrow. The CWA Committee presented bargaining proposals to the City on a pay raise, changes to the Promotion Article, a night differential, new language for attending funerals, expanded tuition reimbursements for attending colleges and universities, an increase in the City’s contribution to the Retirement Fund and changes to the holiday leave language for employees in the Communication and Jail divisions. The Union and City bargaining Committees will meet again in the afternoon on May 6, 2009. The City said they will present bargaining proposals to the Union Committee during this session. The Committee will update this website after these negotiations.
