We are pleased to announce that we have concluded DIRECTV Effects Bargaining. Attached you will find an overview of the items that were discussed and accomplished. During this bargaining process, your CWA-DTV Bargaining Committee did an excellent job representing the transitioning members. Whereas we did not get everything we wanted, I am very pleased with the outcome and extremely proud of the committee.

I would also like to personally thank Vice President Cummings for his involvement in this bargaining process and Dan Reynolds, CWA Assistant Director of Research, for his assistance throughout the entire process. A special thanks to our outstanding attorneys, David Van Os and Matt Holder, whose legal expertise was invaluable.
