Mobility Bargaining Report #29
Your CWA Bargaining Committee met today with the Company. The two Committees tentatively agreed to the following proposals:
• A letter of commitment to jointly develop an informational aide to be used in meetings in the event of a surplus of District 6 AT&T Mobility employees
• Article 12 – Hours of Work
The Union Committee presented an amended proposal to the Company on Article 14 – Force Adjustment. The CWA Bargaining Committee continued to demand data from the Company regarding employee absences and contracting out of work. As long as we continue to work without a contract, all employees should report to work at their normally scheduled hours. Tell your Managers on Monday that you demand a fair and just contract, and continue to Mobilize.
