Your Bargaining Committee would like to take this opportunity to remind you of the retrogressive items still on the table:
1. Healthcare: The Company is shifting a large part of the cost to the employees.
2. Pension Plan: The Company is drastically reducing the benefit for current employees.
3. Sickness & Disability: The Company wants to reduce waivers and increase waiting days.
4. Force Adjustment - Article 17: The Company insists on being able to force adjust across district boundaries.
5. Work at Home: The concept sounds good but attached are costs to the employees such as many restrictions and other undesirable demands.
Thus far, the Company has shown little concern for you, THE MEMBERS, and your minor requests for improvement. Continue to watch for mobilization activities.
