YP Holdings Bargaining Report #23

The Union and Company met on Friday, February 21, and Saturday, February 22, 2014, to continue negotiations.
We had discussions regarding Management Rights, Healthcare Benefits, Assignment of Accounts, Outside Contracting, New Media Representatives, Emerging Markets and Alternative Bi-Weekly Commission.  The Company made revisions to their proposals and we made counter proposals to their revised proposals.
We are scheduled to meet again later today via conference call and next Tuesday, March 4, 2014, in St. Louis, MO.
We would ask that you continue to mobilize by wearing RED on Thursday and BLACK on Friday to show a unified front and continue to tell your immediate supervisor that you want a fair contract!
Remember, united we bargain, divided YOU beg!!!
