Your CWA Bargaining Committee continued to meet with Tyco IS today in an attempt to reach a fair and equitable agreement. Both parties passed proposals and counter proposals in an effort to reach a tentative agreement. Some of the topics and articles discusses by both parties included: •Article 8 – Vacations •Article 9 – Paid Absence •Article 11 – Group Hospitalization, Surgical, and Dental •Article 13 – Severance Pay •Article 14 – Pay for Use of Employee Owned Automobiles, Traveling Time, and Expenses Extensive and lengthy discussions continued all day and into the evening as well. The parties have agreed to continue to meet throughout the evening as well as tomorrow, December 3, 2014. We want to thank everyone for all their phone calls and texts in support of our negotiations.
