AT&T Mobility Bargaining Report #8
The CWA Bargaining Committee met yesterday, Sunday, with the Company. The Union continued to present bargaining demands to the Company Committee. We presented bargaining demands to improve the language on the Call Quality Observation letter to include the Sales Floor observations and a Letter to form a Sales Committee to meet on the sales commission plan, compensation plans and bonus and incentive programs. The Union Committee presented a demand to increase the Company contribution in the banded pension plan, and another demand for a new Profit Sharing Plan. Our Committee also presented a bargaining demand to improve base wages in the Retail Sales Consultant job classification.
The CWA Bargaining Committee presented an extensive data request to the Company regarding illness days and the disability plan. The two committees will meet in the morning to resume bargaining.
