AT&T Mobility Bargaining Report #4

Yesterday evening the CWA Bargaining Committee worked late into the evening.  The Committee worked on bargaining proposals to present to the Company today.  The Bargaining Committee studied the Total Compensation Buildup Report that the Company had presented to the Union as part of our documentation request.  The Report breaks down the total wages, including basic wages, overtime, commissions, differentials and health care benefits for the years 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015.

Today, the Union Bargaining Committee presented proposals to the Company on the following contract articles, Article 7 – Grievance Procedure, Article 14 – Force Adjustment and Article 22 – Vacations.  The CWA Negotiating Committee also presented proposals for Emergency Days off from work, a Successorship Clause, a Sales Commission Letter, and language to improve the National Transfer Plan.  We also presented proposals on both the banded and the BCB2 pension plans.  The Committee presented an upgrade proposal for the Sales Support Representative position, as well as proposals for On Call pay and Technicians being paid for drive time to their First Reporting Location.  The Negotiating Committee will again be working late tonight in preparation for meeting with the Company on Thursday.

                                                     MOBILIZATION WORKS – STAY TOGETHER

Today we received more pictures of your efforts in the workplace to let the Company know you are serious about these contract negotiations and united with the Bargaining Committee.  Our Committee salutes your support and solidarity.
