YPH Bargaining Report #16

The Union and the Company met today, December 13, 2016.  We reviewed outstanding information requests and presented the Company with Union Counter proposal to Company proposal 1, Total Sales Restructure, Compensation Plan and Job Title Changes (GTM). The Company rejected this today.

The Company rejected the following Union counter proposals; Holidays, Sick Days, Base Wage Increase and a new Letter regarding PIP’s.

We did TA Union Counter proposal regarding Grievances.

As of 5pm today the contract has expired and you will continue to work without a contract.

WEAR RED EVERY THURSDAY UNTIL WE GET A CONTRACT!!!
