Yellow Page Holdings Compensation Plan Vote

First, I want to thank all of you for participating on the call last night.  As we discussed, each Local will need to conduct a ratification vote on the proposed Compensation Plan.  I have attached the following information that needs to be included when you conduct your vote;  a sample ballot, bullet point sheet and a comparison sheet regarding the plan.  The ballots should be sent to the members in the following job titles; Account Representative, Senior Account Representative and Sales Representative.

The results from each Local need to be faxed to the District Office to my attention at 512-330-0886 on Local letterhead and signed by the Local President no later than 12 noon, October 29, 2012.
