Windstream Bargaining Report #8

WINDSTREAM PROFIT SPIKES DESPITE FLAT REVENUE
WAS REPORTED ON THE ARKANSAS ONLINE WEBSITE.

This is great news that our members have helped make such profits for Windstream.  We are only asking for our share. 

Bargaining began early today and ended late. Some movement has been made on both sides. The Company has offered amended proposals on pensions, group insurance, job application procedure, illness treatment and the Windstream 401k. We are a long way apart on some of these VERY critical items.  We are entering into the last few hours of this contract.  Tell your boss that we need a fair contract.  Stay strong in showing your union pride; watch for “Any ACTIVITIES IN YOUR AREA”.
