The full committee met today and the Union passed several proposals including Differentials and Overtime improvements,Work schedules, and tours. The Union also passed several new proposals including Business Systems/Network Intern Job Title, Sales Initiatives MOA, and 401k Plan.
Agreement was reached on Absence from Duty, Article 27 improvements and Article 26 Force Adjustment. The Union rejected several retrogressive Company proposals including union activities and leave, differentials and overtime, work schedules and tours, and holidays.
The Company proposed a revision of the Union’s GPS MOA. Many important items are still on the table and much work remains to be done.
The committees are scheduled to meet again on February 16. We stand committed to achieving a fair and equitable contract for our members.
