Windstream Bargaining Report #4
On Thursday, January 13, 2011, the Company passed their response to several union proposals including: Grievance Procedure, Holidays, Job Bidding, Absence from Duty and Duration. The committees were able to reach an agreement on four MOAs to be renewed: Drug and Alcohol Policy, Home Dispatch, Lump Sump Payment Option, and Tuition Reimbursement. The union committee will review the Company’s response to other union proposals and the remaining MOAs. The committees are scheduled to meet again on January 18th, 2011.
The Union is committed to achieving a fair and equitable agreement.
