Windstream Bargaining Report #17

The Union bargaining committee met today at the Dallas Staff Office. The committee thoroughly reviewed the Company package presented to the Union on March 1, 2011 and worked on writing several revised proposals.

The major economic items still remaining are Retiree medical, Group Medical, Long Term Disability, and Wages.

We are committed to a fair and equitable agreement. Windstream is a very profitable company as shown by the recent disclosures of executive compensation. We are determined that our members share equally in the success of the Company.
