Verizon Southwest Bargaining Report #34

Today was another round of bargaining. The Parties spent much time on the issues concerning the call centers. The parties went in-depth on issues of our Members on work place performance and monitoring. The parties agreed to create a subcommittee to work on the areas of this agreement. There were further discussions on other points that are being negotiated. At this time, no agreements on any outstanding issues have been reached.
