Verizon Bargaining Report #32

An update on the bargaining between CWA Local 6171 and Verizon.  The Company will be returning to the Bargaining table on Wednesday September 7th.  Your Committee has continued to work diligently on the proposals that remain on the table from both sides.  With few items remaining, the Company up and left the table last week and would not meet again until next week.  Your Bargaining Committee will not just agree to this VERY GREEDY company’s demands without them justifying them.  Your Committee will not be bullied into any agreement that is not FAIR and JUST for all of its members.
