Union members and friends,

We had a productive session today and are feeling encouraged by the progress being made. We reached tentative agreement on three proposals — a meaningful step forward in our efforts to secure a fair contract.

We also introduced our proposal for a grievance procedure, which we’re proud of. It outlines a clear and fair process for addressing workplace concerns and reflects the values we’re bringing to the table: transparency, accountability, and respect.

You may have noticed we didn’t send a report after our last session. That meeting focused on discussion unrelated to bargaining, so there were no updates to share at the time.

We’re glad to be back at the table moving things forward and will continue to keep you updated along the way.
