Verizon Bargaining Report #2

 Today both Verizon and your Union committees met in full session. We had discussions over the proposed healthcare and the cost of it along with questions over the pension. Your bargaining committee passed numerous  proposals to Verizon. With the contract set to expire on August 6 at midnight we are still very far apart on several key issues that we feel are extremely important to the members. Remember on Thursdays we wear red shirts. Don’t forget to wear black on Friday.
