Verizon Bargaining Report #12

        On Monday, your Bargaining Committee met with the Company to go over in great detail the

Healthcare Proposal that Verizon passed. We passed a counter to their Healthcare plan that we

believe is both fair and meets the needs of both sides. We also passed a GWI to the Company

that we also feel is in the best interest of the members to help offset the rising cost of living.
