Southwest Electric Bargaining Report #3

Both committees met today for the purpose of discussions regarding the parties’ proposals. The issues of concern were mandatory overtime, short-term disability, FMLA, grievance procedure, safety, active military duty, and medical costs. 

We have 3 days before the contract expiration, and there is much to be done. Continue to step up your mobilization efforts and let your manager know you deserve a good contract.
