ADT Security Services Bargaining Report #9

Your Bargaining Committee continued negotiations today with ADT LLC.  The Union Committee consisted of Jerrell B. Miller, CWA Representative and Arthur A. Whittington, CWA Bargaining Committee Member Local 6215.   

The Company Committee consisted of Jim Nixdorf, Director of Labor Relations and Caroline Vassey, Human Resources Manager.

CWA and ADT held discussions on the following:

• Training and Union/Management Training Committee
• Differential Pay Treatment for Employees Working Saturdays and for Employees Training Other employees
• Article 6 – Hours of Work and Overtime
• Contractors/Subcontractors

Our next scheduled meeting is Tuesday, July 19, 2016.
