Northeast Oklahoma Electric Cooperative Bargaining Report #3

Today the Union and Company Committees reconvened bargaining and continued negotiating through the day.  The CWA Committee presented bargaining demands to the Company on the following Contract Articles. 

Article 6 – Work Schedules, Overtime And On-Call

Article 9 – Seniority

Article 10 – Vacations

Article 11 - Holidays

Article 12 – Sick Leave

Article 17 – Work In Higher Classification

Article 18 – Reimbursement Of Expenses

Article 19 – Tools And Equipment

Article 24 – Classification And Wages

Article 26 – Temporary, Regular And Introductory Employees Defined

Article 29 – Duration

Negotiations will resume on May 29, 2014 between the two Committees.
