Northeast Oklahoma Electric Cooperative Bargaining Report #1

 

The CWA Bargaining Committee met with the Company Committee on Wednesday, May 21, 2014 to begin negotiations on a new Labor Agreement. The Union and Committee met multiple times during the day.  The Union Committee met into the evening studying Company documents and preparing to present more bargaining demands.  Proposals and discussions took place on the following Union proposals: Article 6 Work Schedules, Overtime and On-Cal Article 9 Seniority Article 10 Vacations Article 11 Holidays Article 15 Group Insurance Article 17 Work in Higher Classifications Article 18 Reimbursement of expenses Article 19 Tools and Equipment Article 26 Temporary, Regular, Introductory employees defined Article 29 Duration Attachment A Your CWA Bargaining Committee consists of the following individuals Mike Neumann – Chair David Holland – EVP Local 6012 Shaun Heiller Matt Lemon Kirk Ruark Brandon Edwards
