Northeast Oklahoma Electric Cooperative Bargaining Report #4

We continued negotiations today with the Company in an effort to reach an Agreement. The parties continued discussions on Article 15 – Group Insurance in an attempt to understand each parties’ position. After lengthy discussions late into the evening, both parties tabled the issue and agreed to continue discussions later.

The parties reached a tentative agreement on the following Articles with the understanding that tentative agreements are subject to reaching a final agreement: Article 16 – Retirement and Article 9 – Seniority.
