Mobility Bargaining Report #9

The Union Committee met today with the Company in multiple negotiations sessions.  The Union presented the following revised bargaining demands: 

  Article 2 - Eliminate Subcontracting – including vendor call centers
  Article 3 - Classification of Employees
  Article 10 - Seniority
  Article 14 - Force Adjustment
  Article 15 - Non-Discrimination
  Article 19 - Basis of Compensation
  Article 21 - Absences
  Article 24 - Excused Days with Pay
  Quota Relief for Retail Sales Consultants
  Creation of a National Strategic Alliance Committee

The Company presented proposals to the Union Committee regarding:
             Article 9 - Arbitration
             Article 1 - Duration of Agreement

The CWA Committee questioned the Company and requested further documentation on their proposals.  The two Committees agreed to meet again tomorrow, February 8, 2011.
