Your CWA Bargaining Committee met multiple times today with the Company.  The Union Bargaining Committee presented the following proposals:

• The Team Performance Award
• Article 26 Waiver of Further Bargaining
• Article 17 – Company – Union Relationship

The Company Committee withdrew the following Company proposals:

• The Call Quality Observation Letter
• The Retail Monthly Sales Quotas Letter
• Article 17 – Company Union Relationship

The Company rejected the following Union proposals:

• Article 14 – Force Adjustment
• The Team Performance Award

The two Committees will meet tomorrow, Tuesday, February 28, 2012. Mobilize! Mobilize! Mobilize!
