Mobility Bargaining Report #3

Your CWA Bargaining Committee continued negotiations with the company this morning.  The Bargaining Committee presented the following bargaining demands to the Company Committee:

Improving Classification of Employee Language
Improving Seniority Language
Flexibility in Schedule Change Requests
Improving Hours of Work Language
Improving Union/Company Relationship Language
Negotiate non-company paid time as time worked
Improved Excused with Pay Language
Negotiated Contractual Stipulation for Emergency Day
Negotiatie National Strategic Alliance
Negotiate a National Committee on the Commission Plan
Call Center Upgrades for BCSS I, CSR I Data Support, Coordinator Title

The two Committees will meet tomorrow, Thursday February 2, 2012 at 10:00 and the Union will continue to present bargaining demands from our Members.   Keep Mobilizing and remain strong.
