• A significant wage increase
• Increases in the Pension Bands
• Increase in the BCB2 Pension
• An increase in the matching for the 401(k) plan
• Upgrades for multiple groups in the Call Centers
• Collapsing the Wireless Tech I and Wireless Tech II into the Wireless III Tech classification
• Collapsing the Information System Technician Titles to the Information System Technician III title
• Collapsing Technician MSC/RNOC Titles to the Technician III MSC/RNOC Wage table
• Proposal to bring Health Care Benefits back into the Labor Agreement
• Quota Relief for the Retail Sales Consultants
• The elimination of Subcontracting
• The elimination of Management Rights
• Improvements to Article 12 – Hours of Work
• Improvements to Article 14 – Force Adjustment
• Improvements to Article 17 – Company – Union Relationship
• Improvements to Article 19 – Basis of Compensation
• Improvement to Article 21 – Absences, including funeral leave and inclement weather language
• Improvement to Article 22 – Vacations
• Improvement to Article 23 – Holidays
• Improvements to Article – Excused Days with Pay
• Establishment of a Benefit Representative
• Establishment of a Safety Program
• A Team Performance Award
The Union Committee rejected the Company’s proposed Short Term Disability Plan. Continue to Mobilize, the Labor Agreement expires this Friday, February 24, 2012 at midnight.
