Mobility Bargaining Report #16

Your CWA Bargaining Committee met today with the Company. The Company Committee rejected the following Union Proposals:

• National Strategic Alliance Committee
• National Commission Plan Committee
• National Job Review Committee
• Closed Key Time
• Scope of Benefits, Compensation and Working Conditions

The Union Committee questioned the Company on their proposal to change the Short Term Disability Plan.  The Union also made data requests regarding absences in the work place, and the contracting of work.  The Union rejected the Company's proposal on Arbitration.  The Company had proposed limiting the back pay award for Members who had been wrongfully terminated.
