Mobility Bargaining Report #13

 Your CWA Bargaining Committee met with the Company today and presented the following revised bargaining proposals:

• Significant Wage Increase
• Scope of Compensation and Benefits
• Team Performance Award
• Stock Appreciation Award
• Increase of Pension Plans
• Language to protect the pension plans
• Improvements to Article 17, Quota Relief, FMLA and the various Incentive Plans, regarding Union time
• Improvements to Holidays and increase flexibility options
