Your CWA Bargaining Committee met this morning, and again in the evening with the Company. The Union presented the following revised bargaining proposals:
• Changing Management Rights in Article 6 to a Labor Provision
• Negotiate an Enhanced Call Monitoring Agreement including addressing Customer Surveys
• Improvement to the Coordinator Title
• Upgrading Finance Representative II to Fraud Analyst in the Transaction Processing Center
• Negotiate a National Job Review Committee
• Negotiate a National Commission Plan Committee
• Negotiate Health Care Benefits into the District 6 Agreement
• Negotiate Retiree Health Care Benefits for employees hired after January 1, 2005
• Negotiate a Safety Procedure Plan for work locations for disasters and emergencies
• Negotiate a Fast Track Arbitration Procedure
• Consolidate the Information Systems Tech I & II into the Information Systems Tech III title
The Committees will meet tomorrow, Saturday, February 11, 2012 to resume negotiations.
