The Union Committee presented the following revised bargaining demands to the Company:
• Work Assignments – Inter-Subsidiary Transfer Plan
• Safety
• Vacations
• Upgrade of BCSS I to BCSS II
• Pay Improvements for Sales Support Representatives
• Upgrade of Clerical Associate
• Upgrade of CSR I in Office of the President
• Establish a CWA Benefit Representative
• Provide a Contract Index in the Labor Agreement
• Implement Closed Key Time
The Company Committee presented a proposal on Short Term Disability.
The Union Committee continues to study the Company's proposals and supporting Documentation.
