Lincoln and Pryor - again

Arkansas's senators Mark Pryor and Blanche Lincoln were again the ONLY Democrats to join a unified Republican voting bloc, this time in opposing majority rule votes in union elections for airline and railway workers. See, the Repubs (and Lincoln and Pryor) wanted to keep an old rule in which a union had to get a majority of all potential votes. That is, an absent vote is counted as a no vote. Yeah, the Republicans - and Lincoln and Pryor - are all about democracy. Except when they're not.
