Frontier Work At Home Bargaining Report # 1

The Company and Union met Monday, May 21, 2018 to initiate bargaining for our 1st contract.  Opening remarks were delivered by Rick Carpenter for Frontier and Tony Shaffer for CWA.

The Union submitted a proposal to incorporate the Work At Home Group into the Frontier Southwest contract.  The Company passed proposals to the Union for consideration.  These proposals covered a foundation for a first time contract.

Your committee will be assessing, adding to, rejecting, or modifying these as needed to get to a fair and just first contract for our members.
