Frontier Contract Vote Results

Sisters and Brothers,

The Election Committees for 6171 and 6132 have counted the votes for the Tentative Agreement reached and certified the totals. Your bargaining committee is reporting out the results. The agreement did not ratify. The company has been notified and we will speak next week about when we can go back into negotiations. For now, there will be no changes from what you are working under in the agreement currently. There will also be no wage increases or retro until an agreement is ratified. Please email your supervisor, CEO, or any other manager and tell them why this agreement was not acceptable to you and what you would like to have to vote in favor of an agreement. 

When going back into negotiations there are no guarantees of what had been agreed to will remain there. Both sides are able to remove, add or modify the proposals until we get to a new tentative agreement to put out for another vote by the membership. 

We thank those of you that voted and exercised your right to vote YES or NO and the majority of the votes were NO.
