Frontier Bargaining Report #98
12/16/2022
Brothers and Sisters,
As we reach the end of another week of negotiations we have met with the company twice today and although we did not receive proposals from the company addressing any of the proposals that are in their court, we did pass counter proposals addressing wages and authorized absences adding additional family members to the language for purview. Additionally, we discussed language in the Training Initiative and VEBA.
Recently, a question was posed to the committee addressing the length of these negotiations and how often we have met with the company. To answer your question….
We have been in bargaining for 104 days (minus Holidays and bereavement for one of the committee members) and we have met with the company on 57 days or 54.81% of the time. On several of these days we have met with the company multiple times throughout the day.
Again, we understand that the limited information we can release feels vague. But as we have stated before, we will not bargain in the field. We will release any information we can as soon as we are able to do so.
Thank you for the support we are receiving.
Please mobilize and get on Yammer.
Your show of support speaks volumes.
Have a wonderful weekend.
In Unity,
The Bargaining Committee
