Frontier Bargaining Report #95
12/13/2022
Sisters and Brothers,
Today's bargaining report is number 95 for those of you that are keeping count. Somehow the committee duplicated the numbers of some reports, not the report itself. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, we have not been able to meet with the company yet this week, but we are scheduled to do so tomorrow. We took full advantage of the time and put together what we think is a fair and equitable work at home counter proposal to pass to the company. We are continuing to develop the training opportunity MOA with the company to keep higher paying jobs in the bargaining unit by having training available and the classes being outlined to be taken with the goal being the jobs should be awarded by seniority.
We remain on course to get a fair contract for the membership while addressing the cumulus amount of contracting which keeps our wages almost stagnant.
Stay strong, stay safe, together we can prevail!
