Family,

Your committee spent the day researching and addressing a possible way to get better scheduling for the employees, specifically, trying to get those on split days off to get two in a row off. With the current extension set to expire tomorrow and the Union and company still apart on key issues, the chairs of both committees met today to discuss the possibilities of another extension and a realistic time frame to get to a tentative agreement, hopefully. We will continue working in sub-committees and in full joint sessions. We are meeting with the company tomorrow. Despite the upcoming holidays, we will continue to work. 

If you have been on Yammer, you will see the CEO thanked you for all your hard work in getting millions of subscribers but does not want to give you an increase in pay and benefits reflective of it. 

Tell the company enough is enough, and it is time for them to show you the respect and appreciation in forms other than words...
