Brothers and Sisters,

Your Union Committee met today to continue reviewing outstanding proposals that are in our court to determine if there is any refining to do that will add additional benefit to the membership. We have good feedback about our training initiative and have had very open discussions regarding the process. The training initiative is important  to this committee because it creates an avenue for members to achieve higher paying jobs within the bargaining unit. We want to ensure it meets the expectation and intent of both parties to avoid any arguments in the future. This committee remains steadfast and has not and will not waiver . We will continue to push for our membership to get their fair share.
