Frontier Bargaining Report #89
12/5/2022
Sisters and Brothers,
The Union went through all Union proposals we still have on the table. We also went word for word through the District 9 agreement that is out for a vote currently to see if there is anything we can add to any of our proposals. Our legal team is still reviewing our Work At Home counter so we can pass it on to the company.
With the extension set to expire on Friday, we are not rushing to agree to just anything that the company wants. If we need to continue bargaining for the membership's best interest, we will do so.
Healthcare is better than where we started and just a few outstanding issues to work out on it. Fios Jobs of the Future remains at the top of the list of changes needed for the betterment of the members and the contract. We remain dug in by the heels on that MOA.
We will continue to fight for a contract that can be presented to the membership.
In Solidarity,
The Bargaining Committee
