Frontier Bargaining Report #85
11/29/2022
Sister & Brothers,
Today your committee met with the company and they passed back a counter on healthcare. While they did show some movement, we do not feel we are where we need to be on it. We are continuing to assess it and develop our counter back to them.
The company rejected the last Union counter on wages. This is DEFINITELY NOT ACCEPTABLE AS IS!
We spent a large portion of the day reviewing and adjusting our counter to the company's Work At Home proposal.
The company requested that we reconvene tomorrow to address their ideas for the training opportunities. This is not a formal proposal from either side but a discussion and some wording crafted to see if there is a path forward on it.
Stay Strong,
Your Bargaining Committee
