Frontier Bargaining Report #84

Brothers and Sisters,

Your CWA Bargaining Committee would like to say welcome back from your holiday festivities and let you know that we hit the ground running this morning. We started the day reviewing our next proposals. We intend to meet with the company in the morning. The company is actively looking at our training initiative and we believe this will benefit the members in trying to advance to higher paying titles in the contract. We are still apart on a few issues but we feel that after this break, both this committee and the company will see things with fresh eyes and clearer minds so we can get to an agreement that we can present to the membership. Hopefully, before the extension expires on December 9th.
